The Lenovo IdeaCentre Q700 is a small, thin, and multipurpose home entertainment desktop that is easy to fit in any place in your house and is very simple to set up and use. Well, at least this is what Lenovo had to say about their product, on their lawful website. It sounded very arresting and we legitimately loved the establish of this ultra small form factor personal computer. It was stylish and had a very innovative look. We immediately decided to buy it. We planned on testing it and then returning it, but we later decided it was beneficial and kept it in our firm. Yes, we liked it that much! Since we know our readers are very curious in hardware specs and test results, we tested it, and here are the results.

The Lenovo IdeaCentre Q700 has an Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 processor, which means it has two cores for one processor, so it can work faster. Although it does not sound much, it legitimately works at an extraordinary frequency of 2.60 Ghz, on a high front side bus of 800Mhz, and has an L2 cache of no less than 2 Mb. These specs make the processor very agile and versatile, and it was able to pass our most intensive tests in a matter of minutes. We loved the processing power so we gladly give the Q700 10 out of a maximum of 10 points here.

Ddr2 Ddr3

Next, it was time to test Lenovo IdeaCentre Q700's memory. We found out that it comes with no less than 4 Gb of, unfortunately, Ddr2 random access memory (or Ram as every person calls it), working at a frequency of 667 Mhz. The memory was good sufficient to pass our tests and surprised us with its responsiveness. We gladly give the Q700 an additional one 10 out of 10 points here, although we would have liked to see Ddr3 memory instead of Ddr2.

The hard disk drive is one of the Lenovo IdeaCentre Q700's strong spots. Its size of 500 Gb makes is large sufficient to accommodate all our media and games, while its speed of 7200 rotations per exiguous make it fast sufficient to legitimately impact the doing of the Pc. We give it an additional one 10 points for this! Next, the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 graphics processing unit in case,granted us with clear and crisp graphics.
