When we decided to buy the Lenovo G560, it was like a hysteria going on. Everybody was having an concept about it. Some were thrilled by one of its features, some were ecstatic about another, while some were always seeing a bad thing to say about it. So we did what we always do when it comes to such disputes. We ordered the laptop immediately just to test it and have our own, verified opinion. The Lenovo G560 arrived at our door step 3 days later in a very nice box. When we opened the box, we revealed a very elegant laptop, full of good taste. We staggering a lighter, manlier laptop. However, we were quite impressed by the first encounter.
We immediately started testing the component we love the most, the central processing unit (or Cpu, as more experienced readers know it). The Lenovo G560 has a very fine Intel Core i3 370 M processor working at a frequency of no less than 2.4 Ghz, and on a front side bus of 1066 Mhz. Its L2 cache is amazing, 3 Mb, and greatly enhances the processor's performance and agility. The Cpu managed to pass all our tests in description time and we are proud to give it 10 out of 10 points for its agility and versatility. Next, it was time to test the memory and see what helped the processor pass the tests so well. The 2 Gb of Ddr3 (Pc3 8500) random entrance memory (Ram) working at 1066 Mhz are less than what we were expecting. Well, at least the guys at Lenovo used Ddr3 not Ddr2 like in some of their other models. We will give the memory a score of 9 out of 10 maximum points.

The hard disk drive disappointed us in both speed, which was too slow for us and size. Being just 250 Gb large, it is not an choice anymore due to the relative size of today's media (Hd and Bluray movies) and games. Its 5400 rotations per little (rpm) speed is also low, impacting on the general capabilities of the Lenovo G560. This is not good at all, and we are forced to give the Hdd a small 6 out of 10.
Next, the Intel Integrated Graphics Processing Unit (Gpu) is versatile sufficient for Lenovo G560's 15.6 inch Hd display (with Led Backlight technology) but lacks the basic Hdmi ports and eSata port. This means it can only receive 8 out of 10 points for the video card.
